Is advertising spend included in your fees?+

Advertising spend is separate from our management and service fees, and is paid per platform. This keeps your media budget transparent and entirely your own.

Support & Availability

What are your working hours?+

Our standard hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Fridays are reserved for technical support — working through platform support tickets and issues across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X — on behalf of our clients.

What happens if there’s a technical problem with one of the ad networks?+

We manage it directly. When an issue arises on a platform — an ad disapproval, an account flag, or a billing or tracking discrepancy with Google, Meta, or another network — we work through the proper support channels to resolve it on your behalf. Fridays are dedicated to this kind of technical support.

Data & Brand Protection

How do you protect our brand’s data and assets?+

Confidentiality runs both ways and survives the engagement. We never sell, share, or distribute personal data, we operate within applicable privacy laws and each maison’s guidelines, and we never move a brand’s data without written permission.

Do I need my brand’s permission before sharing assets with a partner?+

Usually, yes. Brand assets are licensed to retailers with limited rights of use, and most authorized-dealer agreements require the brand’s written permission before assets or data go to a third party.

Timely access to your materials, approvals, and the relevant accounts — such as social media, analytics, hosting, and domain access. The more complete the access, the faster we can move.
