Romance — the bridal and fashion jewelry brand from Kim International — sells through a network of independent jewelers nationwide. The goal was pure B2B2C: build a loyal consumer following for the brand online, then route that demand to the retailers who carry it.

Build genuine consumer brand awareness for a manufacturer whose sales happen through independent retail partners — growing an engaged audience at an efficient cost, and converting that audience into store-locator traffic for retailers rather than direct-to-consumer sales.
What We Did
Luxury Brand Marketing grew the brand's Facebook community from a standing start to more than one million followers, acquiring fans at roughly $0.13 each, with program reach in the millions — then routed that demand to the brand's independent-retailer store locator.
